Harvesting your own produce

While we don’t make you cook all of your own food, you can harvest some of your own produce and fruits. Depending on the season, you’ll find apples, pears, grapes, berries, garden vegetables and herbs. Adults and kids love it, and the chefs especially love building meals around seasonal ingredients that are local and fresh.

Vineyard tours and wine tasting

Our on-site vineyard and Wine Barn are guest favorites. You can see how our grapes grow in Montana’s climate, taste varietals made from our own vines, and enjoy a glass while the train rolls past the barn. It’s one of those moments you can only experience here.

The wildlife and livestock

You’re likely to see bison, Scottish Highland cattle, and pheasants, which are all part of our daily life at the ranch. You can watch the bison grade or feed a highland cow by hand, which is a unique experience.
